Returns

If you are not satisfied, you may return within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, there must be all applicable packing, usable display material, and be free of damage. Otherwise, there is a 20% restocking fee or may be refused. Marching shoes and boots must have no signs of wear. To make a return, simply notify us by phone or through our Contact Us page, ship the product back with a copy of the receipt, and we will issue a refund based off an inspection.
