Returns

If you are not satisfied, you may return within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a full product refund, there must be all applicable packing, usable display material, and be free of damage. Otherwise, there is a 20% restocking fee or may be refused. Marching shoes and boots must have no signs of wear.  You will be responsible for shipping charges both directions. To make a return, simply notify us by phone or through our Contact Us page, ship the product back with a copy of the receipt, and we will issue a refund based off an inspection. If you have not received your package at the time expected based on the tracking information, you must report this immediately to Fawley Music. Too long of a delay may result in shipping companies rejecting the claim, therefore we would not be able to process a refund.
